TSN Homes - The Solution Network ("we," "us") runs tsnhomes.com. This page explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
What we collect
When you browse this site: We don't use analytics, advertising trackers, or cookies of our own. Our web host (Netlify) keeps standard server logs, such as IP address and browser type, for security and reliability.
When you book a stay: Bookings are handled by our booking partner, Hospitable. When you book, you give your name, email, phone number, guest details and payment information to Hospitable and its payment processor. We receive your reservation details so we can host your stay. We never see or store your full card number.
When you call, text or email us: We keep your name, phone number, email and the content of your messages so we can answer you and manage your stay or property.
When you schedule a call: Scheduling is handled by Calendly, which collects the details you enter there.
Maps: Our property maps load map images from OpenStreetMap servers, which receive your IP address to deliver them.
Text messages (SMS)
If you agree to receive text messages from The Solution Network, we use your number only to communicate about your inquiry, stay, or property. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.
We do not sell, rent, or share your phone number or text-messaging consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes.
How we use information
- To answer questions and provide the stays and services you ask for
- To communicate about reservations, check-in, and your property (for owners)
- To meet legal, tax, and safety requirements
- To prevent fraud and protect our homes and guests
We don't sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only with the services that help us run the business (Hospitable, payment processors, Calendly, Netlify, and the cleaning and maintenance teams who need your arrival details), and when required by law.
How long we keep it
As long as needed for your stay or our business relationship, and as required for tax and legal records.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing tsnpros@gmail.com or calling 727-344-9102. Some records, such as booking and tax records, may need to be kept by law.
Children
This site isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we update this policy, we'll change the date at the top of this page.
