• Road Noise: The front bedroom faces a busy road and may experience noise during rush hour and weekends. A sound machine and earplugs are provided for a comfortable sleep.
• Half square/circle driveway fits 2 standard or midsized cars (not oversized). Street parking is not available on this road; additional vehicles can find parking on nearby side streets.
• If you are bringing your fur child, there is a $165 pet fee, per pet. No cats. Max 2 pets only if under 80lbs. Please be sure to read Pet Rules in the House Rules section. Dog bed & bowls available for use.
• Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Early check-in (1pm vs. our standard 4pm) or late check-out (12pm vs. our standard 10am) may be available upon request for a $75 fee each. Because it depends on the cleaning schedule and surrounding bookings, we often can't confirm either until the night before.
• Only the number of guests stated in your reservation are allowed to be at or in the property at any time without express written approval of property owner. If you exceed the number of guests you book for, there will be a $100 fine per person per night. No parties or gatherings. Violations will be met with applicable fines & eviction.
• Travel Insurance/Hurricanes Our home did not flood during the 2024 hurricane season. Outside of the free cancellation window, our standard cancellation policy applies, including during periods of inclement weather. For peace of mind, we recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking.

• Checkout: before 10:00 AM
• Maximum guests: 8
• Only the number of guests stated in your reservation are allowed to be at or in the property at any time without express written approval of manager ($100 fine/night per guest over).
• No parties or gatherings. Violations will be met with applicable fines & immediate removal from the property.
• Picture ID and phone number must be provided to the host at time of booking
• No smoking in or near the house ($1000 fine) $25 fine per cigarette butt left on the property
• No illegal substances on the property
• Motion activated security cameras with audio and visual capabilities are present around the exterior of the property for safety and liability purposes. Please do not remove, cover, or disable either one. Tampering with safety devices is grounds for cancellation.
• Booking guest must be 25 or older and must be personally staying at the property for the entire reservation
• Stays over 2 weeks have an extra cleaning fee of $70
• Cleaners charge a $50 fine per 30 minutes guests are late to check out

Pet Rules

• No cats. Max 1 dog 80 lbs (unless have host approval for 2). The pet fee is added to your total when you add your pet to the reservation prior to booking. A second approved pet is an additional $165.
• No aggressive or guard dog breeds.
• Pets cannot be left alone for extended periods of time
• Absolutely no pets on any furniture (any damage, cleaning, discoloration, or other invoices received by cleaning company resulting from violating this rule will be billed to guest. If furniture or other items are damaged beyond repair, guest will be billed up to a max amount equal to the replacement cost of the item)
• Clean up and dispose of pet poop ($100 fine per pile)
• If your pet is barking or otherwise being a nuisance to others, you will get one warning. On the second complaint you will be required to remove the pet or vacate the premises. You will forfeit the remainder of your stay and will not receive a refund.
• Must be on leash when out front
• Undisclosed pets are a $500 fine.
• Pet must be approved at time of booking based on above rules, if it does not comply, guest agrees to and will be required to cancel reservation themselves upon Host request without host penalty and will receive a full refund (if done at time of booking)
