I have stayed in many Airbnb's and this property and host was all around the best I've stayed. Everything was so well described. The property itself was very clean, updated and easy to navigate but, most of all the host was amazing to communicate with! Nichole was so responsive and helpful it was unreal! She is by far the best host I've ever dealt with. She felt like more of a friend than a host! I just wish she had properties everywhere we went so I could have her to deal with. She also takes such amazing care of her properties!

Great accommodations in a great location. The unit was very clean, very comfortable, equipped with all the essentials, and Nichole was readily available throughout the booking process and throughout our stay. Highly recommended for families - so close to Bardstown's shopping and restaurants, and our kids loved the arcade, giant couch, and queen sized bunk beds!

I have to say, the host was absolutely lovely. I came here while going through an extremely rough time, and she did everything in her power to help me, which is more than I can say about the people doing work in my home and forced me to stay elsewhere for almost 2 weeks. I would 100% recommend this cute and cozy place to anyone and will be using this place again if I need to.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Cozy Home. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described - if not better. It was clear Nichole put a lot of thought into the details, from the comfortable furnishings to the thoughtful extras that made us feel right at home. The location was perfect and convenient to everything we needed. Communication with the host was seamless and friendly, and check-in was a breeze. We truly enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to book again. Highly recommend!

Nichole's place in St. Petersburg was perfect for our family to attend a swim meet at the North Shore Aquatic Center. Plenty of room with 4 bedrooms. Easily accessible. The back patio was the perfect place to eat breakfast or grill dinner. Nichole was a great host and was super responsive. The house was well stocked with everything you could ever want - from a well stocked kitchen to board games. The house was really clean and the beds were also really comfortable!

Can't say enough about this house!! Everything you need, plus way more! Private and quiet neighborhood. House was super clean and very well stocked. Games and activities were a big plus. You can tell this host is a pro! The only thing that made me sad was that when I checked the availability it was booked for over a month out. I'm working from out of town and would have stayed here for a month! Get your spot while you can!

We had a great stay overall - the price was excellent, the location was convenient, and everything was very clean. The host was incredibly sweet, responsive, and accommodating. We did run into a couple of minor issues during our stay, but she was extremely attentive and quick to help. When the breaker flipped after using the heaters, she was kind and reassuring, and gave very clear instructions on how to fix it. When we had a bathroom issue, she immediately sent someone to fix it. Her responsiveness and care really made a difference. Would definitely recommend!

This house was perfect for our trip! My wife and I, along with our three daughters, came to Tampa for a basketball tournament and we had an amazing stay. The home is modern, super clean, and everything felt comfortable and well put together. We had a blast in the game room, and the heated pool was absolutely awesome - definitely a highlight for our family. We would 100% stay here again. Thank you!

I've never felt so comfortable and at home in an Airbnb before! The beds are comfy, the space is open, and the backyard is spacious. Loved how intuitive the TVs were and how well decorated the whole place is! The best part? How responsive and kind Nichole is - a perfect and professional host. I am so glad to have stayed here!!

Nichole is a great host. Her charming apartment was just as listed, super clean and comfortable. She provided good local recommendations and very clear directions for accessing the apartment. It is walkable to many restaurants and other amenities. Its central location made it a good spot for getting all over town.

Overall a great stay and a great host. Everything is just as pictured and the host is very quick with responses and making sure the guests' needs are met. Would definitely stay again!
