• Road Noise: The front bedroom faces a busy road and may experience noise during rush hour and weekends. A sound machine and earplugs are provided.
• Parking: Half circle driveway fits 2 standard cars. Street parking available on nearby side streets.
• Pets: $165 pet fee per pet. No cats. Max 2 pets if under 80 lbs. Dog bed & bowls available.
• Early Check-in/Late Check-out: May be available for a $75 fee each.
• Guest Number: Only booked guests allowed on property. $100 fine per person per night for exceeding guest count. No parties or gatherings.
• Travel Insurance: Our home did not flood during the 2024 hurricane season. Standard cancellation policy applies outside the free cancellation window.

• No smoking in or near the house ($1,000 fine). No illegal substances, including marijuana.
• No moving/rearranging furniture ($500 fine)
• Keep all doors locked at all times
• Adults cannot book for guests under 23 unless also staying on premises
• Booking guest must be staying at the property
• Security cameras present around exterior - must not be removed or obstructed
• Cleaners charge a $50 fine per 30 minutes guests are late to check out

Pet Rules:

• $165 pet fee per pet. No cats. Max 2 dogs under 80 lbs. No aggressive or guard dog breeds.
• Pets cannot be left alone for extended periods
• Absolutely no pets on furniture
• Clean up and dispose of pet poop ($100 fine)
