• Guest Number: Only booked guests allowed at property. $100 fine per person per night for exceeding count. No parties or gatherings. Noise monitors inside.
• Starter supplies of toiletries provided; longer stays may require replenishment.
• This is a classic Florida ranch home - casual, comfortable, and updated where it counts (pool, game room, appliances). The kitchen and bathrooms have original finishes; what you see in the photos is what you get.
• Travel Insurance: Our home did not flood during the 2024 hurricane season. Standard cancellation policy applies outside the free cancellation window.
• Early Check-in/Late Check-out: May be available for a $75 fee each. Cannot confirm until the night before.
• Pool heating available November-April for $45/night. Pool is comfortably swimmable without heating May-October.
• During your stay the pool cleaner or lawn caretaker may be on site to perform their duties.
