• Parking: Driveway parking for up to 4 cars. Please don't park on the right side of the driveway.
• There is a small, completely independent garage apartment on the right side of the property that may have other guests during your stay. • Starter supplies of toiletries and kitchen basics are provided; longer stays may require replenishment.
• Heated pool available for year-round comfort; pool towels and some floats provided.
• Security cameras are present around the exterior and must not be obstructed.
• Early Check-in / Late Check-out: May be available on request for a $75 fee each; can't confirm until the night before.
• During your stay the pool cleaner or lawn caretaker may be on site to perform their duties.
• We are not in a flood hazard area. Outside the free cancellation window, our standard cancellation policy applies — travel insurance is recommended.
