• Early Check-in: May be available at 1pm for a $60 fee.
• Starter supplies of toiletries provided; longer stays may require replenishment.

• No moving/rearranging furniture ($500 fine)
• Keep all doors locked at all times
• Adults cannot book for guests under 23 unless also staying on premises
• Security cameras present around exterior — must not be removed or obstructed
• Cleaners charge a $50 fine per 30 minutes guests are late to check out

Pet Rules:

• $135 pet fee per pet. No cats. Large dog: 1 max. Under 20 lbs: 2 max. No aggressive breeds.
• Pets cannot be left alone for extended periods
• Absolutely no pets on furniture
• Clean up and dispose of pet poop ($100 fine)
