Getting around: A car is the easiest way to get around. There's free parking for 3 cars (2 in the driveway under the carport, 1 on the street). Quick access to Gandy Blvd and the Selmon Expressway puts downtown Tampa, Hyde Park, and Bayshore Blvd 10 to 15 minutes away. Gandy Blvd also takes you straight across the bay toward St Pete and the beaches. The Selmon is a toll road, so guests who want to avoid tolls can take Gandy or Bayshore instead. Tampa International Airport (TPA) is 17 minutes away and St. Pete-Clearwater Airport (PIE) is 18 minutes. Uber and Lyft are easy to get in South Tampa.

• Parking: 3 cars: 2 in the driveway under the carport, 1 on the street.
• Pool: The pool is not heated. The hot tub is heated year-round.
• Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Early check-in (1pm vs. our standard 4pm) or late check-out (12pm vs. our standard 10am) may be available upon request for a $75 fee each. Because it depends on the cleaning schedule and surrounding bookings, we often can't confirm either until the night before, and they are not guaranteed.
• Starter supplies of toiletries are provided. For longer stays, Walmart and Publix are about 5 minutes away.
• Travel Insurance/Hurricanes: Outside of the free cancellation window, our standard cancellation policy applies, including during periods of inclement weather. For peace of mind, we recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking.

• Checkout: before 10:00 AM
• Maximum guests: 8
• Only the number of guests stated in your reservation are allowed to be at or in the property at any time without express written approval of manager ($100 fine/night per guest over).
• No parties or gatherings. Violations will be met with applicable fines & immediate removal from the property.
• Picture ID and phone number must be provided to the host at time of booking
• No smoking in or near the house ($1000 fine) $25 fine per cigarette butt left on the property
• No illegal substances on the property, including marijuana
• Motion activated security cameras with audio and visual capabilities are present around the exterior of the property for safety and liability purposes. Please do not remove, cover, or disable them. Tampering with safety devices is grounds for cancellation.
• Booking guest must be 25 or older and must be personally staying at the property for the entire reservation
• Parents assume all responsibility and liability for their children while on the property and around the pool and hot tub. Never leave children unattended near either one.
• No glass in or near the pool or hot tub
• Hot tub: rinse off before getting in, no oils, lotions, soaps, or bubble bath, and keep the cover on when not in use. Hot tub use is at your own risk; anyone pregnant or with a health condition should check with a doctor first.
• No pets allowed. $500 fine for undisclosed pets.
• Cleaners charge a $50 fine per 30 minutes guests are late to check out
