• A pool alarm chime is installed on all backyard access doors for added safety.
• Due to the landscaping, there can be leaves, pollen, bugs, and natural debris that fall into the pool sometimes within minutes after the pool is cleaned. Please note the pool is maintained by a professional company twice weekly (Monday & Friday).
• Parking: There is room for 3 cars: 2-3 in the driveway depending on size and 1 on the street. The garage has been converted into a game room, so garage parking is unavailable.
• Guest Number: Only the number of guests stated in your reservation are allowed to be at or in the property at any time without express written approval of property owner. If you exceed the number of guests you book for, there will be a $100 fine per person per night. No parties or gatherings. Noise monitor inside house. Violations will be met with applicable fines & eviction.
• Starter supplies of toiletries are provided, but if you are here for a longer stay, you will likely need to make a short trip to the grocery to replenish paper products.
• Travel Insurance/Hurricanes Our home did not flood during the 2024 hurricane season. Outside of the free cancellation window, our standard cancellation policy applies, including during periods of inclement weather. For peace of mind, we recommend purchasing travel insurance at the time of booking.
• Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Early check-in (1pm vs. our standard 4pm) or late check-out (12pm vs. our standard 10am) may be available upon request for a $75 fee each. Because it depends on the cleaning schedule and surrounding bookings, we often can't confirm either until the night before.
• During your stay the pool cleaner, lawn caretaker, or someone else may be on site in the front and back yards to perform their duties.
• Pool heating may become available starting in November-April for $45/night- add it at booking or request before check-in. The pool is comfortably swimmable without heating May-October. This is not guaranteed, but we are considering adding a heater before winter.

• No parties or gatherings. Violations will be met with applicable fines & immediate removal from the property.
• Picture ID and phone number must be provided to the host at time of booking
• No smoking in or near the house ($1000 fine) $25 fine per cigarette butt left on the property
• No illegal substances on the property
• Motion activated security cameras with audio and visual capabilities are present around the exterior of the property for safety and liability purposes. Inside, a single smoke and decibel sensor alerts us if either goes over the limit. It has no camera and records no audio. Please do not remove, cover, or disable either one. Tampering with safety devices is grounds for cancellation.
• Booking guest must be 25 or older and must be personally staying at the property for the entire reservation
• Parents assume all responsibility and liability for their children while on the property and around the pool.
• No glass in or near the pool
• No pets allowed. $500 fine for undisclosed pets.
• Cleaners charge a $50 fine per 30 minutes guests are late to check out
